Passin' the Time

So there are a lot of things one can do to ease the pain of a wife's departure. One could choose to drink themselves into a bloody stupor, for example. Perhaps rent a slew of Will Ferrell movies and refuse to get out of bed for a couple of weeks. Me? I chose to take some pictures and go to the zoo. I am so PG-rated!

Okay, so first we have the sakura. I didn't get to "hanami" it up, but these babies still lit up my life, I gotta admit.





The weekend after Lacy left, I finally made it to the Ueno Zoo. It was a ton 'o fun. However, I gotta say - that panda is totally over-rated. You can't even take pictures of the lazy beast!
